The information and communications industries are now facing dramatic changes. In the spirit of the theme, ¡°Managing Next Generation Convergence Networks and Services¡±, NOMS 2004 is focusing on managing complicated and competitive networks and services and will give you opportunities found nowhere else to discuss, exchange, and share ideas with professionals from various fields and regions in the world in this politically, economically and technologically changing environment.
The five powerful days of NOMS 2004 in Seoul Korea features an outstanding program and exciting venue. Inviting top-level keynote speakers and distinguished experts, NOMS 2004 offers keynote sessions with visionary speeches, insights and suggestions. Following a well-established tradition, NOMS 2004 provides technical sessions as the framework for 60 high quality paper presentations to discuss emerging technical issues and directions for future work. Four application sessions and five panel sessions are organized with presentations focusing on practical research, development, experiences and solutions. Poster sessions are also provided for interactive discussions between authors and attendees. To discuss technical and business issues based on actual products, exhibits will demonstrate the latest products and systems from world-class vendors and service providers. In addition, NOMS 2004 will offer timely and highly relevant tutorials by experts on the subject.
